Yes — we ship internationally.

What if my item doesn’t arrive?
In rare cases, parcels can be delayed or lost by Royal Mail.
An item is considered lost after:
- 7 days from dispatch (UK)
- 14 days from dispatch (International)
If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.
What if my item is faulty?
If you experience any issues, contact us straight away, we may be able to fix the problem immediately.
We offer:
- Exchanges or refunds
- For faults reported within 6 months of dispatch
Do you offer collections?
No, we operate as a mail-order only business, so collections are not available.
What is your daily cut-off time?
Orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
What days do you dispatch?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
